Deleting Your Account

If you no longer need your Bistu account, you can permanently delete it from the Account settings page.

What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. When you delete your account:

• Your published website will be taken offline immediately
• All your business information, menu items, team profiles, and settings will be permanently removed
• Your subscription will be cancelled
• Your account credentials will no longer work

How to delete your account

1. Go to Account in the sidebar
2. Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom of the page
3. Click Delete Account
4. Confirm that you want to proceed

Before you delete

Consider these alternatives:

• Archive your site — If you just want to take your website offline temporarily, you can archive it instead of deleting your account
• Downgrade your plan — If cost is a concern, consider switching to a lower-tier plan
• Contact support — If you're having issues, our team may be able to help at support@bistu.com
